Funny how the people who had to either fight Communism or live under it understand the evils of that system far more than the left-wing loons who live here.

Cubans... Vietnamese... no matter where they're from, the people who have actually lived through failed socialism are always MAGA.
That is NOT a mere coincidence.
I really wish Americans would turn off all of the fricking alphabet "news networks" and actually listen to the people who have been there, and understand that the light at the end of the socialism tunnel is an oncoming freight train.
If people want socialism so bad, they seriously need to go to Venezuela and "help" them repair what socialism hath wrought, before trying to implement that horseshite here.

My wife was born in America and is fully American, but she is genetically half Vietnamese. She doesn't speak a word of Vietnamese because her dad wanted her to be American.
Half of her family is full Vietnamese that immigrated legally. They despise Hispanics that come here illegally because of how hard they worked to become legal.

Good stuff. I watched something like 10 years ago on PBS called the “EAGLE and the BEAR” docu series and it broke my heart watching a South Vietnamese survivor testify in front of Congress about what the communist north did to the south families after they gained control of South Vietnam. He cried so much he had a hard time getting through it.

You know what is the biggest take away from that? That after all this time, the Vietnamese American still remember and HONOR the memories of the 59,000 U.S soldiers who gave their lives in trying to save them all those years ago.
From the way she tell it, she got really emotional as if all those lives and lost just recently happened. I dunno why but that part, of ALL the parts gave me goose bumps.

That interview was the last thing I watched before I went to bed, and it made me feel hopeful that there are still enough intelligent, informed, and GOOD PEOPLE in America that can help this country survive. My Vietnamese BIL sent me that. He ate grub worms and crickets with his single bowl of rice while the Communists re-educated him. He sees Democrats as indistinguishable long term from Communism. At best ... the loons have bought into a theory without having lived out the real world results...
At worst.. the loons see the real world implications and recognize it as a vehicle for their thirst for power..
