Because that seems to be a huge catch point here.

indictment says they've been doing this since the 80s
No doubt, but the money connected to this indictment was in the last 10 years or so right? I assume their shenanigans of yesteryear are off limits with SoL.

He described paying an organization via its employee for goods/services directly contracted with the organization. The money you exchange is revenue of the organization.
That is NOT what happened with SPLC.
SPLC paid the "employee" directly to act against the interest of their "employer" in a clandestine manner. I used the example of paying them to steal from the employer, which the SPLC did with F-9 exactly.
If you pay an employee of Walmart to steal something for you from Walmart, that money is not counted as Walmart's revenue.

No, I’m really not, the indictment is quite clear and everything I’ve stated is in alignment with the indictment
You have a fairy tale in your head to protect you from truth

Yes. I have to imagine it's a SOL issue.

and "between 2014 and 2023 they suddenly began paying informants in a clandestine manner"... millions of dollars. Hmmmmm. I wonder what happened between 2014 and 2023?

SFPLC has been on this thread like a fly on shite literally all day long. Times must be tough at the Boosie and SFP law firm.
Also, considering it appears the guy is literally refreshing this thread and has been for hours to shill it tells me there is a lot more to come from this story.
He is panicked.

No where does the indictment align with this fabricated tale of yours

If they hadn't relied on donors (and, clearly engaged in the bank chicanery) none of this would be illegal at all.

Read paragraph b, F-9.
He was paid by the SPLC to steal from his org. 25 boxes of information.

None of this has anything to do with his comment discussing potential distinctions with LEO like immunity.

It wasn't even one minute before you responded to my post. Proving my point that you are literally refreshing this thread over and over to continue to shill it.
I can smell your panic through the internet.

They directly paid someone to commit a crime. I don't know what the argument is, but that seems pretty cut and dry.

tell us about some of the other F's... you know, the Grand Wizards, Officers, Chairmen, and Presidents of these hate groups.

What were they continuing to pay for him to do there during the 9 years after he did that?

We have to assume it was payment for other criminal acts.
Posted on 4/22/26 at 3:16 pm to SlowFlowPro
One of the many payments? And the information stolen was used to grow and benefit the hate organization and not defeat it so you are wrong again
