SO I am assuming you, like most parents, did not over react when your son put on his mom's shoes? Because that is all that this woman, who is referred to as a sicko did, is not over react when her biological male child showed a penchant for dressing in clothes society would say were those of a girl. That is it....presumably just like you she did not over react. She simply allowed the child to do what the child wanted as long as it didn't harm the child, just like you did. But you seem to be suggesting that this woman is wrong while you are right simply based on the length of time her child is doing what her child is doing and the length of time your child did what they did. My kid was walking at a little over 7 months old...not "normal" but also not harmful. We let him. He is still walking to this day....I suppose we should be turned over to the taliban. Kids are going to do all manner of stuff that society finds strange. Parents who over react cause a lot of trouble for their kids. Complete strangers, who have no hide in the game to begin with, ought to sit down and shut up but noooooo, they are going to call the parent names and eventually will get around to calling the kid names also because they are sick and twisted and can't understand that they do not have the right to dicatte to others how they should live...

She's not just letting her son dress in girls clothes, she's identifying him as a "girl". She's calling him "her" and having his school do the same. He's freaking 2 years old. My younger sister was a huge tomboy growing up because she wanted to be like me and my brother. She grew out of it. I can only imagine how confused she would have been as she got older, if we and everyone she knew was identifying her as a boy.

Almost a 100pct chance the parent was introducing this to the kid not the kid personally seeking opposite sex clothes at 2 years of age. My kid at two would have done whatever I told him to do because he’s a fking toddler. They throw fits about Mac and cheese a day after eating a full plate of Mac and cheese and you want us to believe kids know that they know their own gender and understand the nuanced differences.
