That is why your side is losing biggly. Everything you stand for is being rejected by the majority.

I understand the outrage from some people who feel like LGBTQ is being pushed down their throats. Maybe it is. It just doesn’t bother me. Just like it doesn’t bother me when companies do the same with Christian values such as Chick-fil-A, Tyson foods, hobby lobby, In-N-Out Burger, etc.

And I did not speak out
Because I could switch to Miller Lite
Then they came for Target
And I did not speak out
Because I shopped at Walmart
Then they came for Disney
And I did not speak out
Because I was too old for the fantasy
Then they came for Cracker Barrel
And I did not speak out
Because I don’t go out and eat that kind of food
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

I never appreciated them calling me a Cracker so until they change the name to something less offensive, I’m not eating there

Face it, the company has been struggling long before they tried this failed rebrand.
Thanks for posting that graph of their stock slide. Interestingly, your graph shows this precipitous drop occurred during the Biden years.

You think there’s going to be a shortage of older people while the young people get old? You poor thing.

Chicken filet was founded on those principles....they didnt change suddenly and alienate their customer base....to try and bring in customers that will never come.
I dont know about the rest

Not everyone is old and stupid like you Roger. There are a lot of younger people that get brainwashed in school then get out in the real world and find out it was a load of shite. Just like dem policies. You just too stupid to understand derstsnd that.

It started a few years ago they started supporting blm and rainbows. This is about the same time they brought in the dei guy on the board and the current ceo

No, youre right. Youve managed the young/stupid/incompetent trifecta.

Remove the nostalgia and environment and people will realize that the food at Cracker Barrel kinda sucks.
That’s why this will fail miserably.
That’s why this will fail miserably.

Not if youre a marketing person wanting to expand your clientele. Which is exactly why this happened.
That is NOT why this happened. It happened because years ago the woke mafia began pressuring CB through their investors. This was the usual playblook in which the wokesters contacted all of the big institutional investors and implicitly threatened them if they didn’t divest from CB. In order to stave this off CB surrendered their corporate culture to the woke mafia who perp-walked them to this juncture.

She said "people love this brand" but changed everything about the brand.
Does she think that brand = just the name and nothing else?
I was all for changing something if they were losing money and wanted to do something different but I hadn't seen the inside.
They must have been really losing money for them to resort to this.

It does now. I used to go every saturday, was my little weekly treat. They used to give you huge pancakes. Now it seems like they are half the size...and very rarely cooked well. Covid destroyed the job market and the people they have working now are just consistently terrible. CB dropped the ball in terms of the management of their restaurants and the food quality. The rebrand is final nail in coffin

It's not just Cracker Barrel, It's what the change represents.
