In Nevada with the aid of a hospice nurse (they can't legally do it) I was able to comfortably euthanize my dying 88 yr old mother over a period of 3-4 days with a recipe two drugs that I squirted in her mouth several times a day.
This was done in her home and her wishes. She said they is no way she would ever go into a nursing home to die.

I'm by no way saying that's not real but what makes me question it is the door in the video ... that's in NO way an approved door for a nursing home. 
I will say, if I EVER saw anyone doing this at the facility where I do consulting work, I'd be straight up in someone's face.

But it could very well be a door in a retirement home community with independent living units. Many such facilities provide housekeeping and meal delivery services for their residents. If this tik-tok user is indeed an actual employee of such a facility, this numbskull could be working in one of those capacities. I certainly doubt this idiot is a credentialed nurse.
