Wow. I had no idea you were this dumb and disingenuous. Or I wouldn’t have wasted the keystrokes.

Keep waging your battle against America. It’s a historical winner.

Oh, and go frick your self.

They’ll just replace the now dead Ayatollah with another Supreme a-hole. To achieve the overthrow they’ll need more than a sustained bombing campaign and CIA ops.

We had ground troops in Iraq and Afghanistan for that purpose. Afghanistan was a fail, Iraq is weak amd not on the best ground.

Rational analysis > hope and prayers.

What's worse are the people who have no skin in the game who want other people and their kids to go fight to prove the longshot theory correct. People can say what they want about me, but at least I'm not one of those psychopaths (that comment is specifically not aimed at you).

Says the guy who just gave up responding honestly to debase himself by using appeals to emotion.

Doubling down on that appeal to emotion.

I heard the same stuff being rational about Iraq 20 years ago on this board. Literally the same playbook.

Tripling down.

Well Russia has a few other things to worry about right now. Iran has been attacking Isreal for 50 years through hamas and hezballah. Turkey, well the ottoman wanna be is a wildcard ill give you that one.

It’s the same whenever we attempt regime change. Remember when Trump literally said the days of reckless wars for regime change were over? I do. The video remains. Maybe he was just kidding?

Ok Karen. Sure as shite seems like it’s working so far. Just admit Trump had the balls to strike while Obama sent pallets of cash on an unmarked cargo plane to pay the Iranians not to make a bomb and then Biden, well Biden…..just napped and ate apple sauce.

I love the sidewalk foreign policy analysts here who think the Iranian people have been craving Western influence and “freedom”. The Iranians despise us for taking their oil, installing the first Shah, and corrupting their culture. We can put in another Shah, bankrolled by us and the Jews, but it’s going to end the same way it did for his father.

i aslo believe this has a lot to do with china and russia. He's going after the little fish to weaken the big fish.

Iran was the bad little brother who would do stupid things for his bigger brothers to impress.

I'm saying there will be no regime change without US troops on the ground. The Artesh is a conscription army, poorly armed, and its not clear if they will even revolt. If they do, they have little chance of defeating the IRGC on the ground and this is who israel is relying on to take power. It will not happen.

Trump has been played like a fiddle by our 'greatest ally'...it will destroy his legacy just like Iraq did for Bush

More like CIA, and Mossad providing weapons and Persian expatriates returning to join in the fight, some of which may be ex-military.

Israelis have major dirt on Trump, only way to explain how he’s bent over backwards to protect their interests

Even y'all who seem to be giving optimistic theories on how regime change can work are positing absolute sectarian violence/conflict in Iran.

This is Deep State wishcasting on steroids.

Why do you think this time it will be different?
1) Because you're addressing Iranian capabilities. Knocking out production was intended to send a message to Iranian theocrats. It was also the proverbial shot across their bow. The game had changed. As with the recent negotiations, it was worth a try. But it turns out the fanaticism of Iran's leadership was such that nothing short of decapitation would offer possibility of directional change.
2) Anyone taking over the role of leadership there, with no residually effective defensive capabilities, and an obviously Mossad-riddled defense network, will be signing their own death certificate if they chose to continue current policy. I'd pose the probability of that choice as low. Not zero, but not >50% either.

Have you ever served? These soldiers are not drafted. They are not forced to go anywhere. When I joined I knew exactly what could happen and I knew that I would be in the desert at some point. Those soldiers are at those bases on a regular rotation and have been taking shots from terrorists and Iran on the regular. The question is are we going to do something about it or just sit on our hands. The idea that Iran has not been attacking us the entire time is just false. Just because you do not see it on tv doesnt mean its not happening.

Iran buying anti-ship missiles from China was about to happen. They still have enriched uranium. They were working on missiles that could reach the US . They have killed our soldiers, threatened shipping and murdered civilians.

This is necessary use of force to safeguard Europe, the Middle East and first of all America.

Or we kick the can down the road until a nuclear conflagration occurs and those left play the blame game.
