It's still a proverbial life sentence given he's 69 and frankly I just have a hard time seeing how the government is a victim in Manafort getting sloppy on his taxes.
Trump should commute his sentence sometime in the next couple years.

Few defended Manafort. Most defended Trump. Some are concerned by the selective enforcement and prosecution. Many are a combination of 2 & 3.

I really don’t care about your opinion because you exposed yourself as a massive hack to not include those 3 in there. 2 Presidents and the most bland candidate in 50 years hired the guy. I’d probably be more suspicious of Trump if all this crap was coming out on Corey lewendoski (someone with no resume that trump brought up) Him hiring Manafort was a by the book establishment move and a resume hire

With Cohen today, 5 members of Trump's staff have now plead guilty to crimes.
