There is only one answer to the problems we face in the inner cities. If you are on public assistance and you have a child the child has to be taken away from you. We can not continue to reward these idiots with money when they have a child. The child needs to be taken to a home like a boys or girls ranch and raised as an orphan by people that actually know how to raise children and create responsible citizens. You can;t expect a crack head to raise a productive citizen and throwing money to crack heads just creates more problems. If this approach is taken they will eventually all die off due to drugs, disease and just killing each other. It is irresponsible for the government to allow these children to stay in this environment.

Let the assholes their parents vote for 94% of the time fix it. They created the problem.
