So OP, let me get this straight. People have TDS and the hate thereof was brought on in part by Trump himself? Check. So by his actions to your mind he deserved to be the target of assassination now twice to date?
I suspect you have a latent case of TDS.

I think what you really pray for is you have a reason to bitch about Trump no matter the outcome.
Met a lot of RINO's like you since Trump came along in 15. He's not Presidential?
Please define Presidential in a positive way. Then name one that lived it. In the modern era of 24/7 media scrutiny.

Well that and his machismo has opened the door to a GOP Hispanic majority that has been our party's goal since 2000.
GWB got a higher % of the Hispanic vote than Trump in either 2016 or 2020

My only problem with Trump is that he fires up the liberal base far beyond any other R candidate. And in the end, the party that has the most excited base wins.

That’s the difference between Trump and these DC politicians on the debate stage.
There's a big beneficial element too.
Many of us have forgotten when all we heard from politicos was a language many of us could not understand.
Trump won the first time, partly because he spoke plainly. People understood him.
The politicos learned from that. And now so much more of what they're saying is understandable to everybody.

We need Trump because he gave republicans the balls to stand up to the left.
This really is it. Vance was against Trump…until he saw what Trump can do. Why wouldn’t we want the man himself? Screw second fiddle.
Some of y’all get so emotional after these debates…falling right back into this narrative of what a candidate should sound like, act like, present himself like. We need Trump on the front lines, because he doesn’t GAF.
Why would you not want what he’s already proven he can do.
Grow a pair OP.

Do you honestly think Trump is a strong candidate?
In 2016 he destroyed the GOPe and DC threw everything at him. Even our own Govt agencies.
In 2020 they knew he was winning so they shut the counting down in the middle of the night.
They've jailed the opposition, tried to assassinate Trump, twice.
Nah, player. He's a weak candidate.

Keep playing the victim like all the ppl who you probably complain about all the time. You either win or you get the hell out the way. Trump lost and he wined about it for over 3 months instead of being a man like most of us were taught. Maybe you weren’t ?

Vance scored a lot of points with the last one tho.
It's something that a lot of people really have to worry about, when it comes to med insurance. Especially our parents who are retired, or getting ready to retire, and don't have med insurance from an employer... And didn't have to worry about the conditions, because it was thru their employer.

Completely unaware of the fact that there are a dozen Republican candidates that could get 330 EV’s, and would implement Donald Trump’s agenda without all the baggage.
Why? Because you’d have to pull states that are not only solidly voting Democrat, but until the media stops being a propaganda toll of the Democratic Party will never be anything else. In addition to pulling every toss up state.
The country and especially the media are very different than when Reagan actually produced a landslide.

About 20 million people vote in the republican primaries, 155 million people voted in the presidential election. How does less than 15% of the total electorate determine what the other 85%+ does?

You're asking me how a conservative who doesn't win the Republican nomination can win the election for president.
Hard to imagine how to answer such a question without dying of laughter.

I guess I was looking at your statement more theoretically than literally.

It’s not that nobody could have beaten her. It’s that Trump is the one people trust. We have had 4 years under him that were great.
He’s going to win.
He’s going to win.

One of the greater lines by Trump that primary.
I’m at 42, and you’re at 3,” Trump said, referring to national poll numbers. “So far I’m doing better.” He added, alluding to Bush’s position on the stage, which is based on polling, “You started off over here, Jeb. You’re moving over further and further. Pretty soon you’re going to be off the end.”

Would they? You sure about that. I think the majority of Republican politicians wish Trump would go away so they can get back to their grifting and playing grab arse with the DEMs and not doing much good at all.
They'll do what their donors tell them to do. That's what a lot of people don't get about Trump. Trump can be Trump because he doesn't rely on big donors, and doesn't need to take shite from anyone. You can't just replace him with a Vivek, Vance, or DeSantis if they accept money from big donors like the war machine Corporations, or Big Auto, etc...If they are beholden to anyone but the American people, they can't be Trump..

What you and many others are forgetting is that without Trump there'd be no Vance. There'd Be no Vance. At least not anywhere near their current forms. Trump being what he has been since 2015 has allowed them to become what they have become. If Trump exits stage left after 2020 these guys wouldn't be as popular as they have are now and certainly not if he hadn't won in 2016. Are they better than him as campaigners? Maybe they are but there's no way they could ever unseat him until his time is up then carry on his platforms
This is Trump's movement

Just so everyone understands that this has been manufactured wholesale because the establishment simply cannot tear him down. They can’t deny the success of his policies, so instead, they must stir up emotionally charged attacks on his personal character.
At first, Jeb Bush and the GOP failed miserably. Some even thought Trump might be a secret DNC plant. Or have alternative motives. Then he took his wrecking ball to Hillary, and crushed the dreams of #ItsHerTurn.
He’s an outsider who already has his own money, so he can’t be bought.
They can’t control him so they must try to destroy him.
