"Establishment" is some ill defined boogey-man type phrase trump and his supporters used (but did not create). It was particularly effective because Hillary was easy to paint as "establishment" and Trump certainly wasn't. But the term was never really defined.
The closest I ever got to a definition from someone on this boards was something along the lines of a "pro-globist" agenda. Which is stupid, because that already has a name: globalist.
