My response wasn't whataboutism, I wasn't implying you are a hypocrite for criticizing trump while not criticizing a previous president. I am quite certain you were extremely critical of disgraced former president obama for many things including his reckless and false statements on crimes. My response was pointing out that we are about a decade into this shittyness so your 2017 comment was incorrect in my view.

I haven't even posed an argument to you, I asked for a source.
Reason being, as I said, in the 5 o'clock hour on NPR, they discussed this video, and even with their vast, if not a little too rapey, resources weren't able to personally claim it was a hoax, only that snopes was making that claim.
That resistance to put their own evaporating shreds of credibility on the line triggered my bullshite alarm. I'm not basing my view on a known shill fat liberal divorced woman in her basement.

So instead of focusing on why one of our closest allies criminalizes “offensive” speech against Muslims, we’re more concerned with the President’s tweets. Why again are we funding NATO and the defense of Western Europe when they are enacting Soviet-style speech codes in order to scare people into self-censorship?
