If the US government were smart, they would incentivize African Americans the chance to renounce their citizenship and go back to the motherland.

If the Trump admin is smart, they would settle these immigrants in California's central valley. The climate is very similar and perfect soil for agriculture. Provide incentives and low interest loans for agricultural ventures. They could flip the state once they are able to vote.
