But I think the GOP has lost sight of the rhythms of politics and the fact there will have to be a reconciliation of some sort between Haley’s camp and Trump supporters before November.

It’s foolish to think Trump can continue to shun Haley’s base. It’s also impractical to think either Biden or Trump can win without at least some third party support. This election will be decided by less than 5% of registered voters
Just my own observation, I don't think there is anyone to reconcile with.

I think Haley is a puppet, meant to sow discord amongst the Republicans. But I don't think she's achieved that. She has barely perceptible support from actual Republicans, the only time she gets votes is when it's an open primary and Dems are crossing over to "vote against" Trump. Those voters aren't going to reconcile to the GOP, they never were.

If anything, it's backfiring, as it gives Trump the opportunity to rack up "big victories", when otherwise it would be uneventful. Look at the Dem side; we don't hear about Biden beating anyone, because there is no one to beat.
If it were just a formality on both sides, it would be boring until the actual election. But Trump gets to have a string of decisive W's instead. It gives him momentum in the public eye.

So you supported an ardent conservative… yet plan to vote for a borderline socialist who hates guns and has been a democrat their entire life.

And you are doing this because Trump said the election was stolen.

You seem like a completely logical and non emotionally driven voter.

Haley doesn't have a base. Her "base" consists solely of Democrat voters switching their party registrations to vote in Republican primaries.

This!!! It’s not that they love Haley, there’s just a significant part of the Republican Party that won’t vote for Trump again. The Dems know this and that’s why they are sending Biden up there.
The only candidate that can’t beat Biden is Trump.

Nah. You're a Clarence Thomas supporter or not. You either respect the "new" OG for laying fire on lefties, or you don't. I want another fire breathing MFer to get appointed to the court. Don't care what color or gender, but if you can read the Constitution, that would help.

I'd go Tulsi over Haley 50x over. Tulsi has been very honest on Jocko Podcast, and she is sorta in the middle, but honorable and sort of conservative on most issues.

You lost your home state, retire.

The last election, at least in GA, was decided by those that voted libertarian. I know two of them.

You act like a b1tch you get Mitch McConnell. Does anyone actually want that?

As soon as she concedes and throws her support behind Trump.
