There was double negative. A list like that supports the argument that police have NOT ruled out a political motive.
He claimed the police ruled out a political motive. I disagreed and pointed out they only said there wasn't a manifesto describing his beliefs and motivations. A list of DEMs is not such a document (but it appears people yesterday tried to turn that into such a document, hence the clarification today)
