Crazy, right?! Forgiveness that surpasses our understanding. And none of us deserve it.
You realize this is insane, right? The idea that you can be a terrible person but just say oopsie, I'm sorry and get eternal paradise is ridiculous.
And the opposite a moral, nice person who happens to not believe is subject to eternal torture?
Your belief system is just absurd on its face and is retarded. Thankfully it is just fantasy and not true.

Are you really putting lying and greed on the same level as rape and murderer?
You guys are getting into semantics and mental gymnastics trying to defend the insanity that is christianity.

Nope. Morality is subjective. Everyone is evil in someone elses eyes.
Everyone needs a social or philosophical moral code. Everyone.

The modern church is completely feminized, the churches are ran by the women in the congregation, from the music, the skinny jean Pastors or weak, effeminate Priests.
My wife and I were trying to find a new church when we moved back to Lake Charles from Hermosa Beach so we went to one run by a guy I went to HS with. I hadn't seen him in years and during that time he turned into a typical hipster preacher. Didn't bother me because I knew his background and his dad too was a respected preacher. His mom was even my 3rd-grade teacher.
We gave it a try and this was during the height of BLM. He was talking about the riots during his sermon and he said "As the leader of this church many have asked me my opinion and all I can say is as a white male, my opinion doesn't matter"
I told my wife we are leaving.
We had gone to 3 or 4 of his services and they were getting more and more progressive. We looked past it trying to give it a chance but that was the final straw. You are the leader of the church and a citizen of a country being torn apart by made-up racism. Your opinion to your church goers 100% matters.

I'm glad you asked....nothing. Nothing went wrong until we started emasculating our boys.

A prophet? He’s simply an influencer who wants to inspire change in the world. He says what he wants to say, and doesn’t care about what other people think of him

Yes we know. That’s the problem.
Posted on 8/4/23 at 10:48 pm to Indefatigable
How is that a problem?

The fact that influencers exist because losers find meaning in random people on the internet, or because parents allow their kids to be obsessed with random people on the internet is absolutely a problem.
Absolute societal cancer. People like Tate and influencers in general offer no value to society whatsoever.

That hasn’t been my experience. I think the younger crop of Priests have turned the tide. Lots of young men coming back to the church here.
The older ones generally sucked but the unintelligible foreign Priests probably ran more people off than anything. Nobody wants to sit there trying to decipher what they are saying for an hour.

Don’t you think that it’s a response to how self-absorbed and narcissistic Western society has become? Feminism and social media have turned younger generations of women into self-absorbed brats who care more about how many likes they get on their Instagram posts rather than actually making long-term relationships that can help them grow as people

And so now we should encourage young men to follow random grifter douchebags on the internet?
Pass. Try just being a better parent.

Why do people care so much, even if someone is a "hypocrite" as you say. Is it better for a bad, immoral man to deliver a good message to young people, or would you prefer a clean cut, nice man to deliver a weak, watered down message? If the message he is giving is positive and advice that young guys need to hear, what's the problem? Why does his past behavior matter so much?
Messages are just words if the speaker has no credibility.

Yep, I'm one of them crazy people. I talk to Jesus like he's sitting next to me. I'm always looking for an opportunity to be of service to widows and orphans. I believe the Bible and give particular weight to the words in red. I believe Jesus is coming back again, and I don't particularly care if you think I'm insane. So cancel me and call me crazy.
You are crazy if you unironically think you are talking to Jesus. Lmao.
Per your own book, god was supposed to return a long time ago but hasn’t.
Keep up the hopium I guess.
I am kind and good to others but do it because it is the right thing to do. You seem to only be good so your sky daddy won’t spank you.
Sad!

Tates advice plays directly into this.
Young men have always had the power. They still do, except for being misled by grifters like Tate.
Tate is popular because fathers failed their sons.
