Like I said, you redneck retard frick, we have all legal employees. I’ll never forget it actually, the last time we had mostly natural born employees… we were doing a big job in Lafayette and I see 3 of them walking back onto the site at about 1:15. Our superintendent at the time of course covered for them… “Oh they went to lunch late”. He was also always covering for them when they had car trouble, or had to go to court, or were in jail, etc.
He’s gone now, replaced by probably one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met in my life. The crew he’s replaced all this complete TRASH with fricking hustle. Our margins are healthier than they have ever been.
I’d mentioned yesterday walking out the office and turning off the computer to go have a few beers with my guys. Our main guy is an ardent Trump supporter. He came here in the early 00’s, worked his arse off and is now a bonafide American citizen… probably a HELL OF A LOT MORE American than you are. He’s all in on the deportations but he is hoping for more opportunities for these legal migrants to become citizens. Obviously a supporter of the H1B and H2B programs.
We want to improve immigration policies here? Let people in who want to work here in the right way. Let them pay taxes. I agree with Elon and Vivek and I’m glad they have Our President’s ear.

Again, we’re ALL legal, homey. And I’m not that old. I’m just building wealth, partnering with people hungry to make money and become citizens. But who said border security is racist? I want better border security. The people who work for me want better border security. They’re here legally. People on these visas will be here legally. That’s the difference. That’s the tool they want to use to close the border. Do you really not understand this?
Luckily my President is gonna win and win and win for me the next 4 years. Then JD the next 8? Life is good.

There is something about Elon, I believe that most sensible people can agree, is fricked up. I’m not quite ready to say Trojan Horse, but it’s not far. Definitely not the same guy he was a month before the election. Now, he has a seat at the table, meh, he is acting oddly different. Hopefully it’s just the K talking.

I can see making the case for a higher priority on hiring US staff (although I have experience in dealing with scarcity for engineering talent), but to extend it to this analogy is just silly.
