Remember when investigators tried to find the billing records of the Rose Law Firm where Hillary worked and discovered there were nightly shredding parties and the billing records all went missing?

The (assumingly un-altered lol) billing records did eventual turn up though. A maid just happened to find them on a desk in the White House some 1,019 miles from little rock......only just hours after the statutes of limitations had run out.

This is NOT true.

For example.

Let's say Trump stabbed Shumer in the chest with a K bar and the FBI investigated and swooped up the K bar as evidence.

Now let's say Trump ordered Sessions not to investigate.

That's not obstruction because the POTUS can legally order the AG to stop an investigation.

On the other hand let's say Trump walked into FBI HQ and stole the knife out of the evidence locker. That IS obstruction of justice, because the POTUS can't lawfully remove evidence .

Now as to whether a sitting POTUS can be prosecuted for obstruction of justice, probably not.
