I posted in opposition to that Redditor's OP some real facts about James Talarico with supporting links to the videos, social media posts by Talarico, quotes from his legislative record, interviews, etc., proving that his recent 'moderate' stances and commercial claims are not true, but is just lip-service for those who are uninformed by the media, by the media's lack of fact-checking these statements, and that when someone actually goes out and does the work to fact check, both the leftists and 'the mainstream media' purposefully ignore it to keep it from getting legs and say, "that's not real journalism" to denigrate and belittle the journalists (who actually do real investigative reporting) to deny it credibility. It's like they are saying, "It's not facts unless someone from our club says those are facts."
It was this Redditor's thread and he became enraged and immediately tried to use gay shaming comments directed at me instead of debating against the facts. I called him out on it, knowing that I'm in a sub full of Reddit leftists where gay shaming is verbotten and you get called out. It made the dumbass get enraged and he (she?) doubled down. I reported him for gay shaming and harassment. Within minutes the comments were gone and his user name was deleted.

This was part of his compromise, in all likelihood. They're releasing it now because they think it will stink up other Republicans. They can't use it to blackmail him any longer.
