It seems they forgot to mention that Trump de-classified those documents, but the swamp creatures don't care how empty their excuses are to act like the DNC's KGB.

Almost all the ex-president’s have taken documents they shouldn’t. The National Archive sends out investigators and brings them back.

maybe this is a trial balloon to see the public reaction to the raid. if you have probable cause to get a search warrant then you have probable cause to get an arrest warrant.

Is it? What makes you believe or perceive that to be the case? What happens *beyond* this First blush of outrage?
The only way we could be sure is how and whether the GOP responds...We should have a better handle soon on to what extent of Banana Republic late great USA has become -- and whether or not we have a Constitution (technically).
Ultimately the Mid-Terms results will tell us where we stand on an unadulterated election process well before the 2024 Elections.
But...
WHY would the Dems surrender political power if they've never answered to their blatant corruption and election tampering/rigging results in the first place?
How can we be assured that every election from this day forward will not be rigged.
