As JE posted earlier, it's clear that the Court is not happy with how the admin is using the AEA and keeps allowing the admin to try to unfrick itself (and it keeps failing).

Invasion? Just as speculative as with the AEA.
You can bet your arse SCOTUS couldn't frick around with procedural bullshite. They'd have to take on the question of invasion which would put it squarely at odds with clear Exdcutive authority under Article 2 if they deigned to find there isnt an invasion.

Not a hard position to claim when you consider who is on the court. Per law they’re not supposed to be here so inform us how the most basic premise is danced around.
