Clearly the courts are compromised and the military may eventually step in to intervene in this constitutional crisis, as they call it. I am beginning to see why Gitmo and other prisons have been expanded. There is definitely something afoot.

I would think, in theory, the next steps for the Trump White House are (1) that of putting very heavy punishments in place for anyone hiring illegal immigrants, and also (2) that of working to ensure that they do not have any access to benefits, such as Medicaid. However, I do not know if this first option will be truly considered, as many, many people in a business industry would push back very hard due to losing cheap labor.

As a small business owner, the issue with hiring has very little to do with Hispanics. The issue is mostly to do with entitlements and welfare. It’s easier for the “poor” to not work than it is to work. I just had a lady in her mid 20s with no degrees or certifications making almost $60,000 a year quit to work under the table because she got knocked up and her healthcare and childcare costs were going to be high. Anyone making between $40,000 and $80,000 a year is getting completely fricked over by the lazy people and government.

And correct.
Naw
I would sacrifice up to....4 Louisiana residents (from North LA only) to win this specific argument, though.

Dude, step away from the ledge.
Send them all to Guantanamo, it's US Territory and there's already a high security prison there. If they escape they're Cuba's problem

“Allegedly”
“Police” aren’t supposed to be judge, jury, and executioner in this country for a reason.

They have invaded our nation, and are dangerous, so this is liberal nonsense
If you want to deport without due process and liberals don’t want to deport them, then my stance of deport with due process is pretty moderate. And bonus, it adheres to the Constitution.

Release them directly in front of these “justices” homes that ruled in favor of these gang members staying. All 7 should have to live amongst these people

How would this be feasible?
