Yet. when the Biden Administration was trampling all over the Rule of Law, WHERE were all these stalwarts of democracy?
When the MILLIONS of invaders were coming into the country, violating both international and US law allegedly seeking "asylum". WHERE were they and this horde of judges?
When the J6 Defendants were held in solitary, treated as badly as anyone in many Third World hellholes, and held without being charged in some cases, WHERE were you Champions for "due process?" WHERE were these judges?
Some of you wrapping yourselves in the Constitution, screaming about charging a judge in Minnesota, had no issue sending in the stormtroopers and ransacking a former Presidents' home.
You make me sick. There is a double standard of justice in America, one standard for D's and one for R's. This is indisputable, and it has to end and end NOW.

Why won't you answer this simple, direct question? It's probably because other people play your semantic games and you know I won't fall for it.
If you answer the question yes, then all your bloviating and posturing and histrionics go down the tubes because you'll be exposed as being biased in picking and choosing which rulings to use to attempt to score a "win" over those "emotional Trump supporters."

I have bumped into His Kind many times before on the internet. It's the strangest thing. These people that are lawyers that I think maybe they believe they're practicing arguing online or something? Honestly it's just weird. But they seriously think that just running in circles playing word games demonstrate some kind of Intelligence on their part.
