Also according to Dave on X-22 we have to wait until after the mid-terms when we have Congress purged of Dems and RINOs (voter fraud prevention and redistricting has been much in the news lately), so we have the votes needed to impeach a bunch of the corrupt Judges like El Salvador did in order to get a Judiciary that will actually provide justice and not just let them off the hook.

I don't know if I buy this analysis. It will happen during a shutdown. Presumably due to the fact that a lot of Congress types will be caught up in the arrests. Not sure at that point we will need majorities or anything like that. I can still see us needing special elections.
ETA: hell, this thing is going to be so sweeping in scope that even judicial appointments will be rescinded. Total constitutional crisis and rebuild of the government.
