Literally the post immediately prior to this question.

Are you saying a board is not competent if they don’t act in lock step with what I want?

I wouldn’t. But I would say that if the chairman added more than a trillion dollars to the company’s deficit to buy shareholder votes so he could keep the board seated for another two years, while routinely describing it himself as a “do-nothing” board.

That’s not a dividend. That’s the chairman putting the company deeper in the hole.

That analogy was dumb the last time you made it and even dumber in this instance.

Combine all that you said with his audacity to come into this thread and say “I despite the fact that Trump is willing to spend so much”

And all you can do is laugh.

I’m not sure but at the end of the day it’s no different than the other seals. Just more flowery.

He is the smartest of the bunch though. By a mile.

Not to mention the whole thing is obviously a sham. If we're making all of this money as he claims then the checks could be issued in advance without conditions.

There is a 0% chance those checks go out even on the off chance that the republicans hold the house which is looking severely unlikely. In large part due to stupid stunts like this that everyone can see through quite easily.

I don't like it but welcome to the state of late stage democracy.

We have to end universal suffrage, then paying for votes will be much harder.

Until then, you're going to see Republicans do this more and more. Democrats created this decades ago and the Republicans either turn progressive light, at least on economic policies, or they get use to winning fewer elections.

It takes heroic levels of stretching to blame this on the democrats

Remember when you said those 16 trucking companies went out of business because of diesel prices? And the entire board laughed at you? I do.

This post isn’t as dumb, but every President for 100 years has increased the deficit. To pretend this is all Trumps fault is an even larger stretch.

We spend about 1.3 trillion dollars worth of social welfare dollars per year.

What percent of that money are Republicans responsible for?
