The Right is handcuffed by nostalgic and incorrect beliefs of how the Constitution works

In fact, I would argue that ironically the left has a much deeper understanding of the nature of the Constitution than the right. The left sees the Constitution for what it is, and that is simply a piece of parchment signed by a bunch of dead white guys. That's all it really is, no matter what magical meaning we want to give it.
At the heart of it, it is simply a "social compact". It's an agreement between the people and the government they have given consent to, that we can accept some limited governence under the condition they stay within "certain boundaries", and if they go out of "those boundaries", then they should refer to the 2nd paragraph of the Declatation of Independence.
To put it in simple terms, both sides (let's call them side A and side B), in the most basic and blunt explanation, basically agreed to not kill eachother as long as they stay within the framework of the agreed contract. If side A senses weakness in side B, and feels side B no longer poses a threat to side A, then side A no longer sees a need to hold up their end of the bargain, as side B has no leverage anymore.
The Constitution and our country is not some mystical thing. It's just words, paper, and ink. There are a number of country's throughout the world who adopted our exact form of government and Constitution, including Venezuala, Mexico, Argentina, Liberia, Canada... so how are these countries looking at present?
But since the left/government/etc has successfully weakened our culture to the point, that there is no fear of them over reaching too far anymore, because we are soft, weak, and morally depraved, they simply see no reason to uphold their end social compact anymore and have since called the bluff.
This is the reason we have things like Judicial activism and politicization, rigged elections, wide open borders, the surveillance state, FBI/DOJ corruption and political persecution, LGBT indoctrination, etc. They smell blood in the water and have decided it's time to make their move. And you can't blame a shark for simply being a shark, and attacking weaker prey.

If you are saying that the left wipes it’s arse with the Constitution, then yes…

This goes back to the 45 stated goals. We have known.
The issue is that the DEMS fight for their beliefs. The GOPE comprises to gain favor and money for their pockets.
How many millionaires has DC made?
We have to end that.

The left would argue it is a “living document.”
In truth, they killed it and people are going on in its memory thinking they should.
Accepting it is dead and gone will be a tough thing but, if enough realize that, it will NOT end well for the opposition.
They want a resistance so they can declare martial law. Be careful what you wish for.

Conservatives believe in the magical powers of a piece of paper.
The left understands that power comes from collective organizing.

Oh horse shite
To take your first one, not one God damned poster here has ever said Venezuela is doing better than the US.

If no one is willing to enforce the Constitution with violence, then it is only a piece of paper.

OP wrote a book, to basically inform us that retarded people don't know they are retarded.

How much acid did you have to take to come up with that speaking in tongues worthy jibberish.

Works when you place yourself as the negotiators to get all the benefits without having to do the work.
Less so when the other people in the collective decide you are robbing then blind and they turn you into fertilizer.

Close. The Left fights AGAINST the Constitution to shape arguments. The Right fails to fight FOR the Constitution because they think the system still works as intended.

And we have a lot of fricking guns.

Resistance can come in many forms. It's 2023, and the battlefield and landscape is different than 1776.
We still have 50 states, and over 30 Republican AGs. The entire country is covered in red if you look at the county maps. The right doesn't understand how to use power and leverage, and I'm not talking about Billy Bob and his band of buddies from the game and fish club with their tricked out Bushmasters. I'm talking things like a county privatizing their school system or declaring or a state declaring illegal immigrants ineligible to work in that state. I'm just asking for conservative citizens to start getting into leadership positions and start wielding power.

Here me out. I'm not saying they respect or hold onto it like conservatives do. But I'm saying it is almost similar to Satan's masterful knowledge of scripture, like when he tries to use it against Jesus in the desert.
Don't underestimate your enemy. The left may not respect the Constitution, but they damn sure understand how it works, and where its weak spots are.

Thank you. That basically summarizes my novel in a few words.
