Ive met many many FBI/CIA/State Dept employees, they are a bunch of arrogant pricks/vaginas who believe their depts are exactly what you saw in the depositions, they run the govt, the elected officials serve at THEIR pleasure and are merely temporary distractions.

My fraternity brother is fbi and he doesn’t say much but what he does say is that dc fbi is not much like the rest of the field offices. You have to be a certain way to fit in there. I took that to mean dc is politically driven. He didn’t confirm or deny that as you would expect.

The reason the Steele Dossier was used is because it came directly to the 7th floor. It bypassed the rank and file. As I understand it, it wasn't very good, but it was the best they had on the 7th floor. It was never verified, because a.) they couldn't risk proving all or part of the dossier was false, and b.) they couldn't risk using the rank and file to do the verification.
