This is interesting.. I know for a fact that I have Chicksaw in me.. My Grandmother was full blooded and dad was half, yet when I did the ancestry DNA it came back not showing any.

Edit: I should also add that both my brother and I are on the roll.

I think you can identify at whatever you want. I'm still trying to figure out the new rules.

Yes, I listened to a long story about this whole industry a few weeks back on NPR. Basic test, which most of these companies use is not near as reliant as a forensics testing due to cost.

You should never have this done. Just ask the rapist in Cali whose relative had it done and reopened his cold case and caught him....but I thought they did not share this data????

I doubt anyone on here is a rapist, but what if your insurance company suddenly raised your rates with no explanation, because they bought data that suggested you "might" have a propensity for some disease in the future? What if your genetic code showed you might have an urge to cop a feel in high school therefore omitting you from ever having a stable job? Dont laugh, you never thought the one institution that is supposed to uphold the law, is actually trying to overthrow our govt, and the "free press" is complicit in this endeavour, or rather actively participating.

Yeah I've seen some 'exposes' on them. They're the equivalent of about 60% guesswork.

It's more embarrassing to claim you're a native American when you're 1/512 than if you just lie about it altogether

If EW is not in a federally recognized tribal roll book, which is not hard to register with the correct lineage documentation, regardless of blood %, then she is a 100% fraud.
