Oh, there's no shortage of intentional arson, especially in California. Shitty people will always set fires for shitty reasons. That isn't the tone/slant of what that poster said, though.
The Palisades fire doesn't appear to be arson, for what it is worth. Though, I doubt many here would ever believe such a thing.

I mentor a young man who is a State Farm adjuster. He stopped by to have dinner the other night. Says there is really no new construction going on, just clean-up. Contractors told him that when they do start costs will average $1,800 per square foot.

Don’t worry. They will mandate low income/homeless to live there. And ethnic based housing. It won’t be a neighborhood you’d want to live in.
