Think about the kids trying to get loans in the next year. There won't be any loans available because no one will be giving out loans!
Think about that really smart kid from a family that can't afford to send their kid to college who has several scholarships, gets some grant money, but it still doesn't cover all the cost of college. That's just one example of the kids who rely on the loans!

The REAL solution is to make the interest rates at 0% on all current loans. It's an investment in our future and that percentage will hit the market in other ways. The next step is to LIMIT student loans. The way it's run today is loan as much as possible to as many people as possible and the Universities make out like bandits while glorifying communism. Reduce the monies and jobs at universities to ACTUAL degrees that advance America.

Oh yes there will be. Banks would trip over themselves to lend again as many of the loans are federally subsidized and the payoff cash they receive would be burning a hole in their pockets.

Apparently, my wife and myself earn too much. We used our White Privilege on Engineering Degrees and shite.
