he definitely doesn't. if you plot all the places that reported Air raid sirens today(3/1) in ukraine. you can clearly see they just cutoff kyiv and cities around it with shelling. they'll own the major highways and make it tough for us to supply them any further.
from there it's simply pound away till they break unless someone else does something.....
zhytomyr is probably the next target you hear about them bombing as other places fall after vinnytsia, Rivne, and ternopil.
Bila Tserkva also potentially once they take Uman.
atleast that's what it looks like if you plot it on a map and look at highways.
