Why do you want Russia to succeed? As US military veterans have already posted on here, In the event of a WW3 scenario, it will be Russian and Chinese bombs hitting our cities and killing our people. That would be your family, your friends, your loved ones. The less war ships Russia has, the better.

It makes no sense why any of these so-called Americans are pulling for Russia in this. The only possible explanation is they are getting paid by Russia to shite post against Ukraine.
No American that I know is pulling for Russia including both active duty son in-laws and multiple veteran friends.

Here's a nice video of Azov showing the Russians how to conduct urban warfare.
Russia sends in troops in civilian vehicles (why?) with no situational awareness. Azov engages, forces them out of their vehicles, Russian troops try to hide under the vehicle, Azov tosses grenades over the fence at them. Doesn't look like the Russian troops have ANY training or will to even fight.

Yeah, you can tell the our boys(CIA) and the Brits have been training them well the last 8 years and we supplied them well. Remember, this war started back in 2014. The Minsk ceasefire agreement was always going to be a temporary solution to the conflict.

Agreed those are appearing to be dollars well spent and teaching well learned.
One of the take always from this war will be the utter failure of the Russian approach to warfare on the modern battle field. Their lack of a quality NCO corps is fatal for their troops.
ETA: Lack of quality NCO's combined with an apparent lack of any training for their troops is causing them to get their teeth kicked in.

Starting to look like whatever troops Ukraine has left in Mariupol are on borrowed time; however, it only took the mighty Russian Army 7 weeks to capture the city so I wouldn't be flexing on that if I were you. Other than Mariupol, they've gotten their asses kicked and a reasonable person would say they've gotten their arse kicked there too.
What is going to be your excuse when Russia fails to make any substantial gains in the east? If you look at the maps after day 3 of the war and compare them to now, Russia has barely gained any ground even in the east and south. They are losing ground in the South on the Western side of the battlefield.

They were going to drown them all a couple of weeks ago, but apparently there are still some causing trouble.
When you see where Mariupol is in the map, it is amazing that it has held out this long and after all the Russian bombardments.

Why wouldn't Russia just fire missiles at that plant and move on?
The pro-Russia side of the ledger seems to think Ukrainian forces are pinned down and low on fuel and ammo in the east. We are going to see in the next few weeks who has been BS-ing and who has been telling the truth.
