You have an option of being BS'sd.
US government just yesterday admitted to putting out false info to "prevent" Russia from doing things.
And guess what, NBC reported it.
quote:
We've had 3 years of Russian collusion investigation to bring down a fairly elected US President and then the media in conspiracy covered up for his corrupt opponent to not shed light on the story that ended up being true by calling it "Russian disinformation".
True, the msm failed the Republic. No doubt about it.

Russia has only state-sponsored media, but I can't say if it's any worse- at least Russians know they're getting bullshite instead of it being disguised as "balanced news" and "fact-checked".
We have options, they do not.

It’s not close. In Russia there is no option. Here you have options.
All of the mainstream media lies in this country.

Yesterday you were "90% sure" Bucha was a false flag. You repped journalists trying to pin the start of the war on a false flag. Today the false flag is a train station.
Tomorrow it will be something else.
You're repping propaganda. We get it.
Clearly Bucha didn't get the traction Ukraine hoped for. What can I say, cooler and clearer heads prevailed.
You probably heard an expression that first casualty of war is the truth.
I guess I just have no trust in Western media(specifically the alphabet networks) and draw my conclusions based on actual visual evidence and sources that present them. I have no problem walking back anything if evidence comes forth proving me wrong.
Yesterday US admitted to putting out false information to "deter" Russia. They were spoonfeeding public bullshite to move the narrative and openly bragged about it. And they call it "foreign policy". Nah, that's propaganda.

You know who also doesn't have media options? Ukraine. Zelensky regime controls all the media now.
Oh, and they banned any opposition parties.
Muh democracy in Ukraine.

The SS-21 Scarab (Russian name: 9M79 "Tochka") is a Russian-made short-range ballistic missile. In the late 1960s, the Russian decided to start the process of developing a guided successor to the unguided artillery rocket known to the West as the FROG-7, and the result was the 9M79 Tochka (SS-21 Scarab). The Tochka-U is an improved version of the Tochka using a new missile propellant to increase the range to 120 km and an improved CEP (Circular Error Probable) to less than 95 m. The improved Scarab B (Tochka-U) passed state tests from 1986 to 1988 and was introduced in 1989. This mobile missile launcher unit was developed in 1972 and in 1973 it entered service in the Soviet armed forces with infantry and armored regiments. The SS-21 is designed to effectively defeat critical targets in the tactical depth of the enemy battle formation, as nuclear strike means, missile launch positions, airfields, command posts, anti-aircraft units, artillery batteries, and other small-size targets. The vehicle crew compartment is in the forward section and the missile compartment behind. During transport, the missile is enclosed with the warhead in a temperature-controlled casing.
I know nothing about rockets, but I can google and I learned that Tochka-U was developed in Russia. It’s not unique to the Ukraine.
But being a rocket expert, I am sure you knew that already.

Yes, we can read what we want. We can have it rare, medium or well done. In Russia all you get is red meat.

Sweet coolaid.
So Zely combined all the media outlets to control the information and banned all "pro-Putin", whatever that means, parties. Some democracy.
Are you seeing how absurd the argument over Ukraine being this beacon of democracy now sounds? Not to mention they rank the most corrupt nation in Europe along with Russia.

As I suspected. Thanks for backing up my hunch.

You have a problem banning parties that support a foreign leader leading an invasion of your country?
You're repping a country with a dictator that has ZERO meaningful opposition.

It's a Soviet rocket. They expect us to think Russia doesn't have them?

Damn, Ukraine is banning parties!
Sounds like something China, Russia and Middle Eastern countries would do.

Everything Ukraine has from Soviet days was Russian engineered. Obviously.
We can speculate if Russia has the supply of any Tochka-U and if they are using it, but it would be speculation. We know for a fact Ukraine's military actively uses them, while there only have been rumored use of leftover stock of TU's by Russia.
What we can know is where the booster landed and where the explosion occurred.

In medicine, we have a saying that if you hear the sound of hoofbeats outside, expect to see a horse, not a zebra. Common things are common and rare things are rare,
In a war with Russia, your enemy striking your infrastructure and killing your civilians is the horse (Russian false flag narratives are too). Actual false flags are the zebra.
