Russia can’t utilize their close air support because of the stinger missiles and AA batteries we provided. That is crucial to aid the ground troops in taking territory. They have the capability but it’s not being utilized to the full extent. It’s being supplemented with artillery. We didn’t have this issue in Iraq and it still took time to push through resistance and we lost and had to regain territory in cities like Fallujah. Idk why the media is painting this as Russia’s military is shite. They are the only other nation with air capability that is in the same ballpark as the United States.

The Russian forces have gradually been losing ground around Kyiv for most of the last two weeks. Prior to the Russians the negotiation the Russians had been almost completely encircled on the western part of Kyiv. The Russians negotiated their withdrawal to keep from getting completely encircled and having to try and withdraw their troops down a two lane road through enemy artillery fire and countless ATGM ambushes.

Did you miss the bombing campaigns in the first 2 weeks? They hit hundreds and hundreds of military bases and operations and communications. This isn’t even disputable. They control 95% of the sky. They wouldn’t be shipping in weapons if they could stand on their own. They wouldn’t be hiding among civilians, in apartments, schools, hospitals, etc if it wasn’t largely destroyed. It’s like I’m talking to a 5th grader. There’s evidence of all of this in extreme abundance
