He said the few talking points that the dems wanted about theoretically trump could still be charged when he leaves office, and that trump was not TOTALLY exonerated.

Then repubs followed that up by saying “nowhere in your mandate does it say your job is to comment on the level of exoneration.” It’s a yes or no question that bob didn’t answer.
