He’s fighting cancer which may give him trouble to win the speakership.

Nobody can proceed til McCarthy says he’s not going for it again.

Another all mouth Republican in the mold of former Utah Congressman turned Fox News personality,Jason Chaffetz. Probably as much a do-nothing blowhard as former Congressman from South Carolina, and also a Fox News GOPe blowhard, Trey 'Howdy-Doody' Gowdy.

Scalise would not be good.

Guy with no experience but probably has the balls is Eli Crane from AZ. I don't think he would have trouble telling the Dems to stick it where the sun don't shine.

Mace might be a good pick. She is pretty good at digging in her heels while not making people super angry.

The GOP will have trouble finding someone to drive that clown car. The House GOP is disfunctional and incompetent. They might get enough moderate GOPs to switch parties and vote for Jeffries. This might be what endangered Members in a swing districts do.

Not really. He floated it when he was trying to get McCarthy ousted. That was a tactic.

I hope not, probably a decent human being but he's totally ok with the DC Uniparty system.....plus he was wearing a damn mask today, seems sketchy.

Republicans who switch parties and vote for Jefferson’s are not Republicans. It’s better to know than pretend they are.
