I guess this was a timely thread I started yesterday, because the NBA announced today that they were going to paint a BLM logo on the courts they will be using at Disneyworld. Unbelievable.
Any white person or black "conservative" who watches that politicized Far Left crap is full of shite.
If the NBA wants to tell the truth about BLM, they should paint logo instead:

You don't want to tune in to see the "Black Lives Matter" painted on all the courts? I bet whatever the Marxist trained graffiti artist do will look real sharp.

What are they going to do without Whiteys support? We paid 8000.00 a year for 5 years for season seats in Philly (during the Iverson years). As much as our family loved it, we are done with the NBA, NFL, and NASCAR.

I enjoy watching super athletes play basketball. I will watch.
I'll also be sure not to be like some pussy democrat and be all upset about something that has nothing to do with the action on the court. If they wanna pontificate about BLM or bloviate about how the NBA plans to tackle racism, let them. Thats what the fast forward button is for.
This is from someone who thinks BLM is a soros controlled and funded enforcement arm of the democrat party

I won’t be watching but I haven’t ever really watched basketball.
It’s a stupid sport played by very dumb people, by and large. There are always a few exceptions of course but probably around 95% of these goons would be flipping burgers but for their ability to put a ball in a basket and have people pay to watch such a thing.

Nor will NASCAR or the NFL
NASCAR gets the majority of their money from TV so it really wouldn't matter if you did or didn't

Just a thought but...
Doesn’t nascar’s tv money come from tv networks? And tv networks make money by selling ads during the races? And ad money is largely determined by how many viewers watch? And if viewers don’t watch then the tv networks can’t make as much ad money because less viewers? And nascar makes less tv money because tv networks make less money? Therefore it does matter if less viewers watch?
You weren’t able to connect those very basic 1,2,3... dots before making your post?

I could be wrong, but I think a lot of these professional sports leagues are going to take a hit. And if and when they do? I expect the usual suspects to blame "white racism" for the decline.
The NBA "might" be okay, because blacks comprise a bigger part of the overall viewership. Of course, there's still the question of who's going to be purchasing luxury suites at these arenas. Some white people will still support these leagues, but the million-dollar question is, how much of a drop-off will we see?

That’s going to be interesting to find out.

NASCAR is literally the only sport on Sunday other than PGA. They're not worried about ratings right now. They're better than last year's
