Did she go around advocating for the Covid vax to be mandated?

Because if not, then she behaved the same as President Trump. He called the vax one of the greatest achievements and told everyone it was effective and safe.

Virologist Jennifer Anniston is doing a remake. I guarantee you it will be unwatchable.

What, no gender flipping the characters?

She also made a movie with Burt Reynolds , ' Best Little Whorehouse in Texas'. It was better than 9 to 5.

Don't get it twisted...Dolly did not endorse Hillary Clinton.

I think Hillary's very qualified. So if she gets it, I'll certainly be behind her."

"This morning while I was watching the news I saw many reports that I had endorsed Hillary Clinton," Parton said in a statement. "My comment about supporting a woman in the White House was taken out of context. I have not endorsed Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump."

To be fair when it was made most of that was true, but it hasn’t been for a very long time

If someone made that movie today, you would be 100% correct

And the movie is hilarious, if you can’t, just enjoy a funny movie, the problem is not with the movie

There was a precisely one good scene in this movie, and they cut it out.

I prefer to remember Dolly from her true classic movie “Smokey Mountain Christmas”. Mountain Dan was the best.

I prefer to remember Dolly from her role in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

First, RIP Dolly.

Second, I’ve never seen this movie before but I wish I hadn’t. It’s feminist communist propaganda.
It was a comedy but its theme certainly is described pretty well in the following posts. If I recall, the "manager" that got tied to the chair I believe got his start on Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. I watched that back when we had 3 channels and it was on late so I watched it when I got home from the 3-11 shift. (ETA- Dabney Coleman)
