ROE will be the biggest thing. It has to be clear and realistic.
HKIA withdrawal is a perfect example of what can happen when it’s not. People asking for permission and being hesitant because it’s nebulous gets people hurt.

Thank you for acknowledging this, I'm not down on the Marines or the necessity of their involvement- I just don't want it going sideways on them in a way that turns them into either victims OR villains. (I will never personally think they are villains, to be clear)

I would consider illegal adjacent to be the children of the illegals. Technically they have citizenship here. They should be deported at the same time their parents and siblings are
