Trump ran on being different and a man of the people and going against the tyrannical culture we have in DC. And then he posts yesterday that we should all just sit down and shut up and accept whatever he says without question.

He dropped his mask yesterday and that’s something you don’t easily recover from if at all. Trump works for us. The entire government is by, for, and of the people. Trump just said he believes it is the other way around. Trump just in a single miscalculation lost a giant chunk of his base he will not get back and now every stupid mistake and misstep is going to get worse for him.

And because he cannot put his ego aside he’s going to go off the rails.

His only way out of this is to for once in his life show some humility, back track his statement, apologize, and release whatever they have regardless of what it is.

Without doing that he’s proven to be just another power hungry DC assclown.

“I am MAGA and if you don’t like it you’re a moron who should shut up and fall in line” is about the worst thing you can say to a group of conservative small government people who want to drain the swamp and change the landscape.

Also, we put up with actions of the government all the time that don’t have a positive impact on us/my life.

Funding Ukraine is just a drain on our tax dollars, IMO, and has no discernible impact on my life, but we have to accept it.

Trump is on the list. No other explanation.

This is really bad. I really don’t think he realizes it. He’s even losing his most loyal staunch supporters.
