As someone that has been a chaperone on multi-week trips over the last two decades, I personally didn't allow them to go off in a group unless they were post grad and/or 18 years of age. The liability in this day and age is just too overwhelming to me.
My take, these young, by-in-large, are probably really good kids that are generally quite responsible.
The FSU type chant was frat douche like, but calling it "harassment" is setting a low bar imho. The question is, does that chant take place with a chaperone present, my guess is probably not. I would also guess that the headmaster/principal of the school will make changes to chaperone policy as a result of this.
However, this is a storm in a teacup, imho, as a result of the MSM. The guys acted in an immature manner, but acting as though they are "Trump inspired" monsters is disingenuous towards our president, as well as these young men and their families/school.
Just my .02.
