Not sure what Democrats of years ago expected when they welcomed the radical elements into their “Big Tent”.
If they thought they could “manage it” they were ultimately proven wrong as Democrats so often are proven to be over the years.

Some of us on the right say the same thing about extremism on our side as well.
You guys forget 70% of people are moderates who lean slightly one way or the other.
