There was an object under the water the size of an airliner causing whitecaps
The tic Tac was at water level interacting with it when Fravor arrived. Tic Tac then responded to them at higher altitude before darting off

The two pilots described something the size of a 747 below them churning in the water with the tic tac bouncing like a ping pong ball above it. The tic tac began to rise as the pilot began to decend.

This is how I feel about it as well.
But, there area LOT of people that fit the "I want to believe" description. And, we live in a time where what we want to believe is enough to make it happen.

The current UAP task force was established under the approval of Norquist during the Trump administration. The Navy confirmed the legitimacy of tapes released by TTSA during the Trump administration. Ratcliffe and others that served during Trump have come forward to acknowledge the seriousness of the issue. Marco Rubio spearheaded the demand for the report due in June while Trump was in office. Congressmen on both sides of the aisle that have been briefed on the classified data are concerned that this is a national security threat. So I'm not sure how you surmise that this is simply a distraction by the Biden administration....if that is what you beleive.

You guys keep saying this but what UFO stuff is being "done" and what is this something they dont want us to pay attention to and who is they? Sure its getting more media attention than usual and congress is being briefed but to most people its not really a topic of much conversation. If its a distraction....its a sure shitty one.
