because the FBI said he had every right to those and he could keep them, they only asked that he put a lock on the door to the room they were kept in and the FBI had full access to them anytime they wanted. the documents in question were sent over to the FBI archives office in february of this year and are still in FBI possession this whole time
now what else you got?

Didn't they already look at and have the authority to remove many of the documents in June 2022, or did you miss that when you were practicing your goose stepping?

They learned in May 2021 that he had stolen classified documents.
They removed documents in January 2022.
They learned in June of 2022 that he had lied and kept some more classified documents that he had not turned over in January.
They subpoenaed him in June of 2022 to return those - he refused.
Thus, the search warrant to retrieve the stolen property.

That proved to be a mistake because a whole herd of wandering spies shut down security cameras and roamed through his house unobserved.
You can never be too careful with wandering spies.
