I agree 100 percent. The problem is these guys have no fkn clue how to deal with those thugs and animals out there that dont care one wit about society or anyone in it. Unfortunately these people are getting more prominent in our society. More money and better training could have gotten you better recruits and officers if you had started in the 90s. I think its to late now.
