Its going to take a lot to finally turn the corner on holding women accountable. The biggest mistake we ever made was promoting women without holding them accountable for anything, whether thats children out of wedlock or simply owning the mistakes they, as adults, partook in.
To be fair, this unaccountability is the problem at the top of every level of the country. Whether its government officials, billionaire philanthropists, corporate CEOs, private equity, etc.
The #1 issue in America is leaders who do not feel any duty to the people because they genuinely believe in their own superiority.
