This is just a test.
It is actually an extension of the Emergency Alert System National test that broadcasters will be part of to at the same time.
This is not something new. They have been testing that every September for the past few years.
So it’s nothing new. They just added the cellular component to the test.

I could be mistaken but the EBS only goes out over radio and local TV. It doesn't go off on premium TV or satellite radio.
But now they have the ability to take over your phone just like with Amber alerts.
It just screams "obey" to me.

It’s how they’re gonna alert us when the mass indictments are handed down since we know social media / MSM will not cover it accurately.

While Donald Trump sending a text message to everyone in the USA could result in an endless stream of comedy gold, it truly freaks me out that we are all walking around with a government tracking device.

We got one last week when bad weather hit outside of town. All of our phones went into Amber-alert like mode.
