The GOP doesn't realize that their base has seen the light

We realize that America aren't the good guys - That the Uniparty has sold us out to the highest bidder and that we aren't going to fall for it anymore.
Their war mongering and willingness to give up our freedom for "security" is going to come to an end or they won't be out of office.

Yeah, welcome to the club. The problem is that nobody agrees on the next step.

They are trying to shift to neo-con and do nothingism again... It will work though in my opinion because people are idiots.. They have created jails (our devices) and we willingly lock ourselves up.

The interesting thing is that the GOPe is ok with losing elections for 100 years….
As long as the republicans in office can make millions from the ponzu scheme

This was the state of the senate towards the end of the Roman republic. They were glad to give all their power to the consuls as they didn’t actually want any responsibility. Selling favors was the goal.
Edit: this is why I don’t 100% agree with the uni-party idea. It’s true of course, but the sides are not equivalent. One is happy to leave things alone and just sell corruption, the other is adamantly and militantly trying to change everything. There are crossovers of course.

True.
So now the (never seen coming) challenge is:
Do we still have a Republic? If so, who is stepping up?

I think the MAGAs and the Bern+Squad type Democrats have more in common at the high level than one might assume but the devil is in the details and I don't see either being able to make a real alternative party together.
The horseshoe theory is not real. What people are observing when they talk about the "horseshoe theory of politics" is each pole identifying the same problems that the center denies exists because it is an existential threat to the center's hold on power if addressed.
MAGA types think the problem is resolved by closing the gates in broad terms. The Bern+Squad types think the problem is resolved by redistribution in broad terms. Both are recognizing a diminishment of the middle class in this country brought on by bipartisan economic liberalism at the global scale.

Step 1 - Understand that they always lie. The sheer number of people that know their government and media lied to them about every aspect of COVID, yet swallow every facet of the Ukraine propaganda as fact is mind-boggling. That has to stop.
Step 2 - Civil disobedience is vastly important. People have to step outside their comfort zones and refuse to play the petty games of government/corporate leaders. RESIST!
Step 3 - Get involved locally. Buy local. Care about your local politics. Get your hands dirty. Gone is the time where you get to enjoy the spoils of freedom without working for it.

They know we know.
That's why they only put bought & paid for candidates on the ballots.

Well laid out...And yes, at least people have wised up and know everything has been a set-up, and (most) everyone in DC a compromised mark or patsy.
Even if we all do our part we *still* need moral and strong peeps in DC to help right this ship and douse the flames. This is now for all the marbles.

They don't care if we realize because now they can just rig elections to their liking.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend"? To a point. IF we're all fighting NOT to be immediately enslaved or exterminated in the relative moment.
That alliance ends as soon as the new power vacuum releases space. Bernie-Bros and Squaders represent the power ideological struggle between Marxist vs Leninists. Neither boasts a system truly compatible with one another because MAGA supports a working Founders' Constitution or actual equality.
There IS no actual "Middle Class" in either Bern Bros "Communism" OR Squad socialist-style elitism and ID-based status & hierarchy.

Agreed. This is the part of the story where there is only a glimmer of hope.
We have to get rid of our ties to globalism. With globalism, it has given a very select few people a whole lot of power.
