The fireworks on PBS of "Capital 4th" we're flat out awesome

Always are.

I didn’t watch .... was out by the pool drinking with family.

But PBS in Boston right?

It’s tradition.

Enjoyed the fireworks greatly, but the music was lil too mainstream lame for me.

I’ve seen the fireworks in person in DC for each of the past five years. This year was by far the best firework show.

How long until this becomes an unfunny meme about Trump?

I was watching it before I went out to watch the show here in Fairhope. To me, the best part of the show was John Stamos (Uncle Jessie) playing with some wounded Vets. The frontman was a double amputee and he was belting Chicken Fried.

The president’s event included an added display launched from behind the Lincoln Memorial, so close that bits of exploded paper rained on the VIP enclosure.
