Listening to their alleged accounting and invoicing gave me anxiety.

You have zero issue with what Willis did or how corrupt it looks.
You're doubling down on being ignorant. What I think about Willis is irrelevant to the question I asked.

I was asking for a legal reason a judge would rule the charges against Trump were invalid.

Someone else articulated a reasonable reply to my question for which I'm grateful.

You, on the other hand, just keep posting pure stupidity.

I contributed $1,500 to President Trump's re-election campaign in 2020. I want him to be President again, in spite of the fact that he attracts ignorant followers like you.

Spending 5-figures (at least) in personal expenses on the firm CC with no attention paid whatsoever. Just let the CPA figure it out.

Actually, I think it was the other attorney's company's card. They didn't even make their organization properly.

Most crooks aren't very smart.

If this was a Republican saying this out loud on the record the IRS would be scheduling audit visits already smiling all the way.

That's the bullshite people are tired of.

I don't even think that stuff was criminal or intended to be fraud. I read the monthly disciplinary rulings and it's incredibly shocking how bad at basic business stuff attorneys are. Doctors are also shite at this.

The judge wouldnt. But she’d be forced to recuse herself, and likely her entire office, from the case and it would end up in the state AG’s office. The AG can then drop the charges

It's all pretty amusing in light of the hot potato Fani went through on trying not to make the call on the Rashard Brooks shooting

She wanted no part of that debacle, just as most wouldn't want to take this first impression RICO case.

I have not followed this anywhere close to as much as others.

But I keep seeing the meme repeated that Fani Willis going down means the Trump prosecution is over.

Why would that be? Charges were brought by a GJ, wouldn't they just have the next prosecutor bring the case?

In the case of doctors, I’m sure it is that they are supposed to have an office manager to handle this shite for them. They just tend to find one who just handles their balls instead.

Lawyers? I’m guessing a lot of them don’t know how to do it and don’t get enough business to hire someone to do this shite for them. They should probably invest in QuickBooks or something else to handle it.

I would say this lawyer with his time records and mixing of funds is more than likely a crook.

A completely unqualified crook.
