Supposedly one of her opponents was the target of an assassination attempt. Could be more interesting than a corruption trial.
I did see that
Henyard was supposedly at that same person's house (the drive-by attempted victim) on a snowy morning with equipment to help remove snow while on FB Live saying something like "see how I take care of all the people in this town... even my haters"
Also... having a DJ play a Rhianna (I think) song with the lyrics "pay me my money" to townspeople during a town meeting or council meeting

One question that came up, but haven't seen discussed or answered... for those 2 or 3 that pled guilty to lesser crimes, what happens to them?
Do they get to withdraw their pleadings based off this new info?
I don't know GA procedure, but it's possible. It gets REALLY complicated. The guilty pleas are actually something that I think will be used by the replacement prosecutor to justify moving forward.

Yeah, that language isn’t suspicious AT ALL considering someone fired at their house during it.

Lol no.
But you continue to show your rational you are by literally inventing stuff Russian said/did.
You called Russian, one of the more conservative posters on this board, a groomer, because he wouldn't melt down with you

To be fair, his existence here is based upon an addiction.

Yes, it’s well known here that you suffer from TDS

It gets both removed from the case which, at a minimum, punts it down the docket while someone else gets appointed over it.
Given that the case was timed to hit during Super Tuesday, this will no longer be the exact bombshell they had planned.
That's another part of this... each time a new step gets added to the process... even if Willis is allowed to remain on the case... the more likely this trial happens after the Presidential election
Even after the judge rules on this DQ motion... there will likely be appeals which will add at least 2 more steps if the appeal goes all the way up to SCOGA

She'll lose her law license.
No doubt Wade's former law partner (forgot his name) should be singing if he hasn't already.
They shite on him last week.

The total lack of accounting by Wade with regards to being considered a public employee and the comingling of funds meant to be kept segregated should theoretically bite him in the arse hard.
Remains to see if the GBI will follow up on this with regards to corruption.

Terrance Bradley
I think I heard the judge is doing an interview with him in chambers today to discuss his use of attorney-client privilege while on the stand last week
He may be more willing to break that after what the State's attorney did to him

There was no audit to be done of Wade’s books because there was no accounting done in Wade’s office - future Georgia auditor report
